Hi my name is Jack Foyster, I am 8 years old.
I started training at the age of 4 at Crawley
Blackbelt Academy under the instruction of
Master Wayne Beadell and Sensei Sue Firman.
I trained really hard going 4 days a week and
finally got my black belt in march 2007.
I started competing in local inter-club
competitions at the age of 6 and soon began
winning tropheys in sparring and forms.
I still go to these local comps now but I also
go to bigger national events such as WAKO,
CIMAC superleague, S-Factor and ISKA .
where i have continued to do well in sparring
and freestyle forms.
I enjoy both points and continuos sparring and my favourite technique is a Hook-Roundhouse kick.
I compete in Creative open hand and freestyle
weapons forms, my favourite weapon is a Bo Staff.
